After completing an account verification including KYC verification, email and mobile number verification, you cannot change first name, last name, email and mobile number. Incase if you like to update your personal details as well contact details you need to go thru verification process and verify your KYC again.
In case if you would like to delete your account on “DealBazi” and “DealBazi Exchange”, Please write an email to email@example.com with subject line followed by customer id at the end “Delete account – (Customer ID)”.
To completed KYC you need to provide ID proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID or any other valid government ID proof) and address proof (Aadhar card, Light Bill, Rent Agreement). Please note, PAN Number and Aadhar are mandatory to complete KYC.
Products under manufacture warranty is not eligible for direct replacement and refund from the company. You will receive branded products with manufacture warranty with GST invoice to get warranty services from manufacture. If there is any issue or defect in products you must contact service center to get the warranty services. DealBazi does not provide replacement for product under manufacture warranty.
You are eligible to get a replacement/refund for a product that is under seller warranty. We provide a limited time “Seller Warranty” to assure the warranty service for a specific time. Company we will provide a replacement if there is any issue with the product during the “Seller Warranty”. If there is any issue with the products, you can contact support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and create a RMA request to process your replacement.
“Testing Warranty” is applicable to each product that doesn’t come under “Manufacture warranty” or “Seller Warranty”. Testing warranty is applicable for 24 hours after receiving a product. All the products under “Testing Warranty” are well tested before dispatch.
You are eligible for replacement or refund if product is damaged in transits or dead on arrival. You MUST have to file a RMA from my account to on same day you receive the product. Also, you must submit the required document to complete your RMA process.
You are eligible for a full refund if you received a wrong product or different from what you have ordered. Where as in the case if you have order a wrong item then there will return shipment fee applicable by buyer applicable on return shipping and same amount will be deducted from order amount and rest of amount will be refunded to your account.
