After completing an account verification including KYC verification, email and mobile number verification, you cannot change first name, last name, email and mobile number. Incase if you like to update your personal details as well contact details you need to go thru verification process and verify your KYC again.

You get FREE Reward coins with every purchase with expiry of 6 months from the date of order. As it is a growing reward, the value of your coin will grow till expiry date; you can check the latest value of your coin in wallet. You can make further purchase on DealBazi using Reward coins.
You will get 5% instant cashback in your DealBazi wallet once order status reaches completed. Remaining 95% cashback you will get on a daily basis directly credited to your DealBazi Cashback wallet, it may take approximately 1 to 4 months or more to get 100% cashback, depending on your order amount. You can utilize total amount of cashback to make a further purchase on DealBazi or withdraw total cashback amount to your Bank account or digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, UPI, etc). You can withdraw your cashback at any time, but once you initiated the cashback withdrawal request you will not get any further cashback for same order and your cashback will be closed.
Example: You are eligible for 100% cashback for order #77 with an amount of 1,000. You will receive 5% (50.00) instant cashback and additional 50% (500.00) in next 1 month. After 1 month if you like to withdraw your cashback then you can make a request withdraw. Sum of 550.00 will be transferred to your account and your order will be marked as closed and you will not receive further cashback for the same order.
Products under manufacture warranty is not eligible for direct replacement and refund from the company. You will receive branded products with manufacture warranty with GST invoice to get warranty services from manufacture. If there is any issue or defect in products you must contact service center to get the warranty services. DealBazi does not provide replacement for product under manufacture warranty.
You are eligible to get a replacement/refund for a product that is under seller warranty. We provide a limited time “Seller Warranty” to assure the warranty service for a specific time. Company we will provide a replacement if there is any issue with the product during the “Seller Warranty”. If there is any issue with the products, you can contact support team (email@example.com) and create a RMA request to process your replacement.
“Testing Warranty” is applicable to each product that doesn’t come under “Manufacture warranty” or “Seller Warranty”. Testing warranty is applicable for 24 hours after receiving a product. All the products under “Testing Warranty” are well tested before dispatch.
You are eligible for replacement or refund if product is damaged in transits or dead on arrival. You MUST have to file a RMA from my account to on same day you receive the product. Also, you must submit the required document to complete your RMA process.
You are eligible for a full refund if you received a wrong product or different from what you have ordered. Where as in the case if you have order a wrong item then there will return shipment fee applicable by buyer applicable on return shipping and same amount will be deducted from order amount and rest of amount will be refunded to your account.
